Download the new APK
Get the new APK file from the official channel. You can install it over the existing app — no need to uninstall first.

After an update, your account details and balance are stored on the server — nothing is lost.
Clear old cache
If the app feels slow after an update, clear the app's cache from your phone's settings.
If You Have Installation Problems
Most problems have simple solutions — take a moment to read the tips below.
Low storage
If there is not enough space on your phone, the installation will stop. Delete old photos, videos, or unused apps, then try again.
Installation blocked
Android may block the installation the first time for security reasons. Go to settings and allow the specific browser or file manager to install from "Unknown Sources".
App won't open
If the app does not open after installation, restart your phone. If it still does not open, uninstall the app and install it again.
Internet problem
If the app does not load after opening, check your mobile data or Wi-Fi connection. The app will not work properly without a stable connection.
